A Movement
Born from
Experience.
RROMA was founded by young people who experienced inequality and discrimination firsthand. We turned our challenges into purpose and our voices into action.
We started as a small group of passionate young people and have grown into an international movement working across Europe and beyond.
2007
A network of young Roma activists was established in Kratovo, North Macedonia, united by a shared vision of equality, inclusion and youth empowerment.
2008
RROMA launched its first international projects and youth exchanges, creating new opportunities for young people to learn, connect and cooperate across borders.
2010
RROMA was formally established as a youth-led organization, strengthening its mission and expanding its work at local, national and international levels.
Today
Today, RROMA works across Europe with young people, communities and partners to promote equality, inclusion, active participation and social change.
